Adding Seaweed

I have been adding seaweed into my diet the last few weeks. I buy the sushi nori dried seaweed sheets. I add in a half sheet to my morning smoothie. I usually don't taste it. I am down almost 10 pounds and have found that it boosts my energy levels!
