This may sound strange for breakfast, but it really is delicious and healthy! I put spinach, banana, little yogurt, and a little milk in a blender with some ice. It's delicious and an energy booster!
When making cookies it is too easy to get out of control and eat half the batch of cookies. If I make cookies I allow myself to eat 1 and then freeze the rest. I can then eat 1 each day if I want. By having them in the freezer instead of the counter it removes the temptation to give in
