I just went the Spark Money thing...put in my budget, savings, debt, retirement, etc....it is scary. I am a saver, not really a spender. I have excellent credit...and it says that I will not have money after age 64...scary.

I lost 2.6 lbs today at weigh-in. Last week - my first week back on my program - I stayed the same; I was mad as h#$#3 to say the least . So, I thought this week I would have a 'big' loss....I was disappointed when I saw 'only' 2.6 lbs...but after a talk with myself, a talk with a good friend... a loss is a loss is a loss...it's better than gaining any day of the week!

Using the SP budget sheets have really helped me to see where my money is going...I was spending waaaay too much on food (drive-thru more specifically) and magazines...now I limit the drive-thru and a group of friends & I share/swap magazines so we all save money!
