Change for 2 weeks

After a 3 month plateau I changed my diet and exercise for 2 weeks and then went back to what I was doing. This was able to break the plateau that I was in and now I can watch the scale dropping again. It works

Garage Sales

Now that the weather is warming up it seems like neighborhoods are having garage sales. It is the perfect place to find good (sometimes new) clothes, toys, furniture etc. Also it is a good time to have your own to get rid of excess junk and make a few dollars.

I love to Substitute

Just be creative with substituting. I always use just egg whites. Applesauce for oil and the sugar (homemade with no add sugar) since the apples sweeten things enough. Shredded carrots in most cake and bars as they add moistness. I have found any recipe can be made healthy when substitutes used.

Don't give up

Many different things work for different people. Just don't give up. Experiment with what might work for you. Eating a few less calories or adding a few more. Getting more intense exercise or just changing the routine. Find what works for you and Please DON'T GIVE UP

out of control

I am soooo out of control on my eating. It is almost embarrassing to track foods BUT that is the thing that will save me is tracking what I eat if I stay honest to myself. Tracking foods opens my eyes to how off I have been and what I need to change get back on track
