I get bored fast of repeating the same exercise. I have 5 different exercise DVD's plus I was just reminded that I can use On Demand exercises. I walk a lot and I use my mini trampoline and stability ball.
I have a Food On The Go Pocket Guide that fits in my purse, A guide to making wise choices when eating out.
It lists restaurants , healthiest food at that restaurant and calories, fiber etc.
I also try and look at this book and a menu before getting to the restaurant
Each time I use the restroom at work. I do 10 windmills before leaving. Arms out even with shoulders. Bend at waist and try touching right foot with left hand. Then arms up even with shoulders and bend try touching left foot with right hand.
