I'm training for my first 5k--my goal is reaching that distance every time I'm on the treadmill not completing it within a certain amount of time. Do a whole body mini workout on the stairs. Do one set (15-20 reps) of:
i have been trying to eat healthy during the week, and have what i would like on the weekend. when i say have what i want on the weekend means, if i want a hamburger i can have one but just one not 2 or more. and during the week, i would eat lots of veggies and fruits, greens, etc..., i just started this but i know someone else who lost 40 lbs doing this.... :)
When I first joined SP, I wore a 36F bra. As a result, I spent a lot of money on a lot of bras that weren't supportive. Not so with the Fiona... I can run, jump, and do everything else in this bra without the girls bouncing all over
