Change one or more of the herbs used in your recipes. It will create an entirely new flavour and may make something old your new favourite!
Check out the maintained nature trails in your area. They make a great change in routine, and they can be a lot of fun! Take the dog, the kids, the spouse, maybe even the in-laws, if they are likely to get lost enroute.... :D
Mix a serving of fruit, a serving of vanilla yogurt (fat free), and a serving of your favourite granola type cereal together. It makes a very filling, low cal snack.
I've been having trouble getting enough protein in my diet, and I've found something to help. Maple Lodge Chicken Weiners are only 80 calories each, and have 4 g of protein, and they taste very similar to the Red Hot hot dogs that hubby swore was the only type that he would eat.... not true :)
I'm using my daily walks with my dog to help me lose weight. We wander around the neighbourhood for about a half an hour, and I let him set the pace. He always wants to go, go go! When we get home, I reward myself with a good book while he naps at my feet.
