GET RID OF YOUR "FAT" CLOTHES! Since the beginning of my journey I've gotten rid of my clothes as they've gotten too big. I started gaining weight back and didn't really notice until my pants and tops started getting tighter and tighter.

Eat at least one serving of produce from each red, yellow/orange, green, blue/purple, and white each day. Not only do you get tons of vitamins and antioxidants but you also get at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables each day.
Make mistakes often, learn from them, repeat.
I was having trouble getting motovated to exercise and I posted my problem as my current status. A sparkfriend and brilliant man commented. He said "you don't need motivation, you just need to do it". So when I find myself not wanting to do something I keep repeating this to myself.

I know it's not a food product, But... I bought a box of the new U by Kotex tampons as soon as they hit the shelves. I haven't been able to use tampons since high school, until now that is. It sucks working out with a big bulky pad! Give 'em a try.
I LOVE to keep track of my streaks! I track my water, exercise, fruit/vegetables eaten, and journaling. I like to see the days add up. It makes me feel like I have something to work toward each day. Very motivational!
