I want a salad but they take too long to chop up....

I cut up 2 heads of lettuce at the beginning of the week and put them in a freezer bag. Then I chop up my bell peppers, carrots, cucumber, cabbage and celery in another bag. This way I have a salad mixed up and ready every time I have the urge to eat something quick- now there is no excuses for me...
