Don't wait until you lose the next ten pounds to either buy a few new things that fit, or get old things taken in. Wearing clothes that fit, and show off the NEW YOU really does make you feel better about yourself and all your accomplishments!!

We should all think of one nice thing to day about ourselves each and every day!!!! Lets be kind to ourselves, its good for us!
Do something JUST for yourself...take a bubble bath, get a mani or pedi, get a massage, try a new haircut or color!!!
Don't forget to work on the mind...this will help the body!
Take inventory of the pantry once a week, make a list of what you will need and go grocery shopping. Make sure you plan for B L and D. Cut your veggies for salads, prepare and freeze dinners and lunches. Make sure you have pleanty of tupperware on hand!
If you don't vary your routine, you will platau. But most importantly you will become BORED!!! Change it up, variety is the spice of a healthy lifestyle!!!
Even if you do not feel like working out, give it 10 minutes. 99.9% of the time it will lead to much more
If I have any fruit that is about to go bad like apples, berries, or peaches I like to cook them down with some splenda if they need it. I freeze in small containers and always have fruit to add to my plain yogurt or cottage cheese
