Eating Mindlessly may be FUN; but mindfully eating foods that are part of your healthy eating plan are more ENJOYABLE!
Take photos and create a small album of meals you love to eat.... then on a photo sized piece of paper write out (or type) the ingredients and instructions and add to the album. When you are stumped what to have for breakfast, lunch or dinner just take a look at your album for inspiration!

I LOVE Mac and Cheese but avoid it as it is a calorie disaster and not all that nutritious...however I recently made a lighter and healthier version that was pretty darn good. I used 1/2 the normal amount of pasta and instead substituted cauliflower. Delicious!

Hands down my Ipod Nano is my favorite fitness buddy. No way could I run the distances I do without having my favorite uplifting tunes at the ready. If you want to energize your walks, runs, treadmill time.. whatever.. just add music! It will keep you going-strong!
Exercise by jogging, biking, swimming, strength training, walking, dancing, etc. just 45 minutes a day 3-5 times a week and viola... "Fit Happens!!".
I work in food service so I'm on my feet pretty much all day. When I'm not moving or waiting for food to come up, I try and do a few calf raises. Just stand in place and raise/lower yourself on your tip toes. Speed it up and within a minute or so you will be saying "oh my aching butt"!
