At the beginning of the week, organize your snack food with ziplock bags. For instance, I measure out 1 serving of granola (1/3 C) into 5 little bags for each week day. Another 5 bags get a serving of carrot sticks, etc. It makes my week easier for tracking & snacking!
I never get through the whole bunch of celery before it starts to get rubbery. What a waste of $! But not if I throw the whole thing in a pot of water, chuck in a few carrots, garlic, onions, garlic, peppers, herbs - whatever else will get thrown out. Boil for a while then freeze for later!
Invest in a super cool reusable water bottle that you will love to carry around. I got myself a big 40oz stainless steel bottle and covered it with scuba diving stickers. It looks cool, reflects my personality, reminds me of what I love & it's good for the planet to boot! 8 glasses a day? No prob!
