Skip the lettuce and grab the baby spinach! I use it on my sandwiches, subs from subway, tacos you name it. It's way better for you than plain lettuce!
Focusing on losing inches from hips, thighs and belly means more than the number on that scale. Knowing that muscle weighs more than fat means I'm not entirely focused on that number. Getting back into those little shorts and cute sleeveless tops is going to be an amazing reward!
