Healthy On The Go Eating

When I am out all day running errands I pack a lunch bag with cut up veggies, that I had cut up the day of purchase and put in airtight bags. I toss in some yogurt, trail mix, a simple sandwich on whole wheat bread, a piece of fruit, a few water bottles, and usually something sweet like a 90 cal 2g fat snack bar. I throw in an ice pack and I'm off.
