Use any step as a step machine! Step up....step down........Find other things around the house that can be used a s "fitness" equipment. Fill old juice containers that have handles (Tropicana) and use them as weights/kettle bells........Get creative~
While pumping gas into your car, use the platform as a step and do step up, step down exercises until the tank is full. Just a way to squeeze in a burst of exercise! You can make this as vigorous as you want to! Pump up your heart while you pump up your tank!
Sometimes when I put something into the microwave I use the time before it is done to do a short burst of exercise. Jumping jacks, steping up and down on the stairs, kitchen counter push-ups.....whatever. When the bell rings the food is done and I have fit a little more exercise into my day!
Purchase holiday items for next year during "day after holiday" markdown sales. If you have a place to store items and they are non-perishable it can amount to great savings! Also, during holidays markets often have bargains on sale to lure you into the market to do your holiday shopping. Stock up!
