Believe you can do it and it's done. If you see yourself thinner you can get there. Think about it! Then do it! When someone orders something fattening - taste it and remember that you look so good right now that you don't want to spoil it. And enjoy how you feel about yourself. You are wonderful.
This week I noticed a change in how I felt when I missed exercising - it affected everything. So I started walking and moving again - happy day - I was up, got back into the life style that I enjoy. Now I'm trying to figure out which comes first - Positive Attitude or Exercise? I think the exercise did the trick for me. Walk, walk, walk.
