Grazing

I graze on a bowl of fruits and vegetables that I prepare in the morning. Doing this helps me stay satisfied throughout the day. My goal is to 6 to 8 servings of fruits and vegetables a day.

Don't like exercise?

Tell yourself it's only a small part of your day. I work out 6 days a week and I walk every day. When I am struggling I tell myself it's only 2 to 3 hours out of my day.

Pack a bag

Grazing throughout the day has been my success. Each morning I pack a bag with fruits, veges, 1/4 cup cottage cheese or any other dairy, Some source of whole wheat like Wheat Thins (you can have 10 in a serving). Then I take this back where ever I go. If I am super hungry I can eat the bag all at once or I can graze on it throughout the day. Doing this allows me to eat healthy and stay satisfied. I have lost 40 pounds doing this.

Gratitude

Every day I make it a point to acknowledge my gratitude for the blessings I have in my life. I am very grateful to have the things that I have in my life. I am grateful for my internet connection, my membership to Weight Watchers, my membership of Sparks, my gym membership, a roof over my head, food in the fridge, a car to drive and on and on. Keeping a gratitude journal daily has been proven to reduce stress and to stay positive.

Eat small meals throughout the day

I pack a bag with fruits, veges, cottage cheese and wheat thins. Then I graze on the bag throughout the day. Doing this makes it so I'm hardly ever hunger.
