Every so often, go back and read all of the Secrets to Success that Sparked you! Something may have caught your eye 2 months ago and Sparked you at the time, but then you forgot about it. Its a great way to remind yourself of all the little things you can do that add up to a better, healthier you!
Even if I don't have a workout scheduled, I bring a gym bag and my yoga mat with me to work or when traveling (for business or pleasure). This way, I can't use the old "I don't have my stuff" excuse. You never know when downtime will present itself, or when you'll need to release some energy after a stressful day.

Snack on Trader Joe's Kettle Corn! It is really low in calories and the serving size is huge (2.25 cups!). I only use 1.5 cups when I eat it and its only 78 calories. Its a light snack that is both sweet and salty, so it can satisfy any craving without you feeling guilty. Plus, its delicious so it feels liek a treat!!
Visit daily deal sites and when you see something that even mildly interests you - buy it! This is how I discovered a passion for yoga, and also how I discovered that spin class is not my friend. Its a great way to try new things and mix up your routine - most offers are for 4 -6 classes, so even if you hate it its not a huge committment and still keeps you active. You can also buy things like massages and spa treatments to reward yourself!
At least once a day, I put on my headphones and blast "Born This Way" by Lady Gaga. Regardless of your musical preferences, it is such a powerful message. I sit and take it all in, and I feel confident and motivated. Bonus - It is also a great workout song!

Cut up bananas, throw into a food processor and run it for a minute. Add strawberries, throw them into the food processor with the mashed up bananas, and run it again for another minute or two. Toss it into the freezer and an hour or so later - replacement "ice cream!" MUCH healthier for you and in my opinion, just as delicious! It makes 4 1/2 cup servings and only has 67 calories per serving!!
