How to sleep better

I often have a terrible time falling asleep...which means I don't get enough, leading to overeating and no exercise the next day. Something that REALLY helps me is a stretching yoga routine--only 10 minutes--right before bed. It's relaxing and gives me a good stretch at the end of the day. I usually fall asleep quickly after that!
