Water Intake

Drinking enough water to aid in weigh loss can be a challenge. A good guideline for the right amount of water to consume is half your body weight in oz. I can easily drink the suggested 90 oz/day for me by added a few thin slices of cucumber to my water bottle. I refill my 20oz bottle throughout the day, and the cucumber gives the water a refreshing taste!
