Wanting a "NON-diet tasting" snack, I tried the Hunts Vanilla Sugar Free premade pudding. It lacked something, so I added a tiny bit of Vietnamese Cinnamon, and it reminded me of a rice pudding. And only 60 calories!
I needed to exercise, but I wanted to watch my favorite program. My son came home with a guest, so i could not use the family room, so I went to the bedroom, put on my exercise dvd on my laptop, then proceeded to put my show on the tv. Got a good workout with "Jillian" (no sound) and saw my show. And time went by really fast.
A burning smell was emitting in my kitchen, and noticed it was the dryer, and that it cut off in the middle of the cycle. Procrastination did not help the lint hose that blocked up and overheated motor. After hubby taking the whole unit apart, it inspired me to organize the space. WISHED I did this sooner. So much nicer to see that done and not having to live with procrastination and dread of doing it. Had to have a fire lit under me to get it done.
After reading today's article on procrastination, I know I am on my way. I started tidying up the kitchen after dinner (versus my morning routine). Now upon waking, the kitchen is done (morning dread is gone too), Now I can have a new routine by using that time to exercise and set daily goals.
