Move, reduce calories, sign up for that fitness class or gym, etc. GET OFF THE COUCH and you will be ahead of the majority of the people who did not get off the couch. Although most experts say to weigh yourself once a week, I weigh myself everyday. it keeps me on track and I can by tracking my food intake on Sparkpeople, I can analyze what works and what doesn't. How the food and calories affect my weight on a day to day basis.
