I found that kettlebells were the exercise for me. I never knew what a kettlebell was until I found them at a sport section. Try new things...you may be surprised what gets you motivated
Keep a positive attitude throughout the day. If things go wrong in the day, let go of the negative attitude. Negative attitudes will only bring your day down more. Let it go and think more in a positive way. Your day can turn around before you know it.
I had a small flood. I tried the wet vac vacuum cleaners...didn't help much. But the Chamois "Magicloths" did the trick. In a few minutes I picked up 2 buckets of water from my basement floor. They are a great product which is washable and reusable too. Love em! They truly are
When things get stressed or if I am upset I take a walk. It tends to let things settle and then I can be focused. Taking in a deep breath and let go...
I keep a small plastic cooler in the car at all times, the size that a 6 pack of cans, juice, water etc can fit into. I keep it in the car for any cold items that I might buy and not be able to get it in the fridge right away. Use it for frozen foods, drinks, or fruit. Less fear of spoiling.
Remember to use sunscreen even if the day is overcast. You can still get sunburn from those harder rays getting through. I leave the sunscreen by my Mp3 player so that I will not forget when I am ready to take my walk for the day.
I usually not able to eat as much nuts and I like to freeze them for future use. Place them in a freezer zip-lock bag For baking, or eating...freezing keeps them longer.
At times I have to be on call and pack clothes for a night or two. I wear scrubs and I find that if I lay them out fold in half, then roll them up, then pack in duffel bag they are wrinkle free. See more information....
When I was on a strick budget I was only allowed a certain amount of money to spend. I bought the most important food items and when it came to things that I could be without I crossed them off the list ( example: paper towels, aluminum foil, napkins, soda, etc...)
