Chocolate Mousse

For a chocolate craving, mix a half a serving of low-fat chocolate pudding with 2-3 tablespoons of fat-free cool whip. If you want ice cream, freeze this mixture for 30 min to an hour. Enjoy! (You can substitute chocolate pudding for any other flavor.)

lunch idea: Pita Sandwich

you can stuff a pita bread pocket with lots of sandwich fillings: cheese slices, tomatoes, deli meat, green pepper, & more and it's filling. emoticon

Pizza fix

If I crave pizza, I'll put marinara sauce (or spagetti sauce) in a pita pocket and add shredded cheese or string cheese and toast it in the toaster oven until the cheese melts. It's so good!
You can also add green peppers, mushrooms, & more. emoticon

When you really need a sweet treat

I mix 1/2 a container of low-cal strawberry yogurt & mix it with 2-3 Tbs of fat-free whipped cream and add sliced bananas. You can also add cheerios or granola. emoticon
