Pay attention to what your body is saying at all times!! If you learn how your body works then everything is easier!! Pay attention to when your stomach is saying your not really hungry!! You also need to listen to your body about how far to push yourself!!

Soup is a GREAT meal. Fills you up, and is a great way to get your vegetables in and is not carb heavy. Substitute Vegetable stock for Chicken or Beef stock, and if it is a "creamy" soup, go for pureeing instead of adding cream!
