Know what is Good, for YOUR BODY. Know what is NOT Good for YOUR BODY. I am an "O" blood type. I know : white food is not good for my body, I know corn and corn products are not good for my body, I know dairy products are not good for my body, and I know kidney beans and products from a pig are not good. Red Meat, Poultry, Fish, green vegetables, onions,walnuts,almonds, flaxseed, pumpkin seed, hemp seed, guava, apricots, raspberries, green tea, white pepper tea & seltzer water are all good.

Clearing all edible items off of everywhere in home.
Be it a piece of hard candy, pumpkin seeds, nuts, all grain crackers, bottle/can of juice to put in frig later, when there is room. Removing from sight, sure helps keep it from going between the lips.

Eat to Live

Study, Learn, Know Why You Eat What You Eat. Ask yourself, what is this food going to do for me? i.e. Orange- give me Vit. C,
egg-give me protein, quinoa-give me fiber, candy bar-a surge of energy, for a few minutes, then I will be hungry again.
At each meal, ask yourself Is this the meal I should be eating to live a long and healthy life? If not make a change.

snack time- 8 large grape and an ounce of turkey breast-energy and filled feeling- long enough to hold me til next meal.

SAD about what you just ATE,

Breath In, Think, next snack or meal will be HEALTHY, for me to EAT! When you go to take that FIRST BITE, look at the food you chose, Is it HEALTHY? You can still, change it, if it isn't.
