Buying in Bulk

My boyfriend and I shop for items we use a lot in bulk. For example, I eat a lot of salmon, chicken, and turkey. When I buy in bulk, freeze it, it saves time and money as I don't have to go to the grocery store every week for these items. We can go for 3-4 weeks without a visit to the store.

Music

I find that having a workout soundtrack of upbeat music works great when I'm in the gym or taking a walk. My gym's music is awful and saps my energy but with my soundtrack, I feel energized and can get through the workout easier!

Late Night Boogie

When it comes to the late night, I am ALWAYS ravenous. So I have found its better to eat 1-2 servings of egg whites with green onion and spinach with red pepper. Takes the bite out of the hunger and its low in calories.
