My favorite way to squeeze in exercise

I walk a lap around the warehouse (.75 mile) three times a day. I park in the far side of the parking lot. I get an hour lunch at work and I joined a $10 a month gym (to supplement my Y membership) really close to work and I sneak in a 30 minute jog there.

Tracking

I track before I eat (forecast). Even if I'm sitting in front of a plate of food, I have to track it before it touches my mouth. Then every once in a while if I don't eat all that I track, I get to back calories out...which is always nice.

Walk at work during lunch and small breaks

I have a one hour lunch break and two 15 minues throughout the day. I walk around the warehouse (.75 mile) on each break and twice on lunch. Also I park in the farthest spot in the parking lot. I also go to school at night and I often park on the other side of campus despite apots being available ...
