.1 increments! When I get on the treadmill I bring it up to where I usually walk at. Over time it starts to be easy so I move it up by .1. I do this several times over the span I am on the treadmill and sometimes I'm shocked at how fast I really got myself going. You can always slow down for a bit and then go back to .1 little by little. You won't even feel it!!
There are lots of ways to flavor your water to drink more. Y ou can use a little lemon or something like Crystal Lite that you can add a packet to your bottled water. They even have some with fiber so you get a boost there too! Water can be so bland, why not perk it up!!
