Save those fruits and veggies!

If you have fruits or veggies about to go bad, don't throw them away, freeze them. You can use the veggies in soups, stews, sauces, stir-fry, etc. You can use the fruit in smoothies, oatmeal, breads, etc. You won't waste money!

Three a Day and One Snack

I limit my eating to 3 meals a day and 1 snack, that way I don't "graze" all day. If I get hungry and it's not when I should be eating, I drink some water or crystal light.
