Easy, healthy

Use a belgian waffle maker to cook up a quick omelet. Spray with olive or canola oil. Use 1/2 cup egg substitute. You can add spinach, mushrooms, onions, green pepper, turkey bacon, turkey sausage, etc. Allow to cook about 2 minutes then check....time may vary. Remove to a plate and top with a little bit of your favorite cheese and then fold and put a little bit more cheese on top (no more than a serving total though). It makes a quick, easy, fluffy omelet in no time.

Creamer Portion Control

When I'm at work and need to measure out my creamer, I don't like to trust me just eyeballing it on a regular spoon so I measure it using a dosing cup. Each time I get a dosing cup with liquid medicine, I keep it. I can use it instead of measuring spoons. It's very convenient and I don't have to buy another set of measure spoons. emoticon

Save those fruits and veggies!

If you have fruits or veggies about to go bad, don't throw them away, freeze them. You can use the veggies in soups, stews, sauces, stir-fry, etc. You can use the fruit in smoothies, oatmeal, breads, etc. You won't waste money! emoticon

Three a Day and One Snack

I limit my eating to 3 meals a day and 1 snack, that way I don't "graze" all day. If I get hungry and it's not when I should be eating, I drink some water or crystal light. emoticon
