Taking the time to listen to your body
what i do to help me and i have been doing it for 2 weeks now and it seems to work, is wear a gurddle that you can get on with very little difficulty. It helps you to feel full fast other than water and it helps your body to start taking shape faster. I have lost an inch everywhere .
I always go for nuts or seeds when i want to snack. It provides more protien and more stable carbs than chips or popcorn
I have found that drinking lots and lots of water is my key to actuallt loosing weight they say not to drink too much because you can was away vitamines and mineral but it you are eating right then you can never was away anything but fat!!! lol
