Take your measurements when you begin your diet and take it every 30 days. (You can record it on SP.) If you hit a plateau or feel discouraged by lack of progress on the scale you still have a way to see measurable results.
Have half a dozen easy, fast, go-to recipes for lunch and dinner, and keep the ingredients on hand. That way you can have a meal ready in less time that it would take to get a Domino's delivery or go out for fast food. And for less money, too.
A few zero-calorie, flavored stevia drops can make guzzling water actually enjoyable. You can choose flavors to suit your mood, flavors like lemon, orange, berry, grape, or even vanilla, toffee or chocolate-raspberry. Or put it in sparkling water for a natural, calorie-free soda.
You can do anything for 21 days. If you avoid all sugar and sweeteners for 21 days, you'll be surprised how your tastes will change. After 21 days you won't want all that sugar anymore, it will be WAY too sweet!
This is about changing yourself, and changing how you see yourself is a big part of that.
