My secret is there is no secret. A healthy lifestyle and a healthy weight take work. There is no "quick fix" that will keep the weight off...you have to make a lifestyle change.
You can do anything when you have the time... but so often there is no time. So PLAN quick snacks and meals. Prepackage portions you make yourself and then freeze or put on the shelf or buy the preportioned packages. The foodtracker can be used ahead of time... not just after eating!

You need to trick your body! With nutrition... have two low calorie days and then one high calorie day followed again my two low calorie days and then another high..repeat this process and you should see results. With fitness...interval training will get you results too. Combining both is best.!
