My new favorite snack has become an 80 calorie yogurt with 1 TBS of grape nuts added. I fine it is best in the red or blue yogurts. (instead of lemon, lime etc.) The grape nuts have 33 calories, but it's much more satisfying than just yogurt.
For a lower calorie, fat free banana bread, substitute unsweetened applesauce for the shortening and splenda for the sugar. It's good and moist.
