Visualize yourself healthy - picture how you're going to look after you've lost weight. Use your imagination, really picture yourself - what are you going to look like, what will you be able to do now that you couldn't when there was more weight on your body? Picture the look on your face when you accomplish your goals, how happy you'll be, the smile and tears of joy! Now hold on to that and remember it daily, remind yourself WHY you are on this journey. Embrace these good feelings!
Find creative ways to incorporate healthy habits into your life - do the tree pose (yoga) while brushing your teeth; pull your abs in while sitting at your desk or grocery shopping; challenge yourself to eat one extra serving of fresh fruit or veggies every day; remind yourself that every day is a new day to make good choices, and challenge yourself to follow that mantra!
