Motivational Password

I changed my passwords to say Goingto123 (not the real goal) or gettingto123, becoming123. That way each time I log into something with a password I am reminded of my goal.

Friends for motivation

I phone a friend and ride my exercise bike or walk on a treadmill while she does the same. It makes the time pass quickly for both of us.

Quick healthy meals

Choose 2 or 3 meals that you can prepare quickly. Then keep those ingredients on hand so that you can prepare meals quickly any time. You then won't be tempted to go to the fast food places.
