Use for over ripe banana's

When you have banana's that are overly ripe and you know they will not last another day slice them and freeze them. One banana per zip lock bag. Eat them frozen. They are a great substitute for ice cream.

Healthy portable snack

I keep a Fiber One bar in the backpack I bring to work at all times. If I need to eat something it's right there and I don't have to try to find something healthy in a convenience store.
