This series of workouts really are the toughest CARDIO workouts on DVD. You have to be in pretty good shape already. Do not attempt unless you are already an advanced exerciser. You could really injure yourself.

A frozen banana, some frozen pineapple. Add a little coconut water, some spinach and a scoop of protein powder.
I FILL my plate with veggies, salads and the like. My dinner will be a mass of spinach, mushrooms, peppers, onions, broccoli, carrots. I will then add a small serving of brown rice and a moderate amount of lean chicken, for example. I leave the table feeling satisfyingly full.
I like to imagine not only how I will look, but how I will feel when I reach my goal.
I plan my meals usually the night before. I tweek where needed. Then with an unbiased look, I am able to see where my plan can be made healthier. Maybe I need more protein, or there is too much sodium. Further tweeking may be necessary.
