I make it a practice when I go out to eat, I always ask for water, I drink water while I am looking at the menu then when my food come I only eat half. After drinking water before I am already full. I take my doggie bag home for the next day.
I admit it: I bought it one size too small. And, man, it was way too expensive... (it's some designer stuff). Anyway, I really want to wear it. And I hope my sweetheart likes it too...
Remember this is a LIFESTYLE change. don't change anything you don't want to stick to for the long term.
