I make it a practice when I go out to eat, I always ask for water, I drink water while I am looking at the menu then when my food come I only eat half. After drinking water before I am already full. I take my doggie bag home for the next day.
The site gives you the chance to read about and connect with inspirational sparkies. I have found it motivating to find someone who lost more than I need to lose and someone who shares my faith. Reading thier tips keeps me motivated.
I have had every excuse under the sun for not exercising or not eating right. None of them matter. What matters is being healthy, even when there is "no time" or "my asthma is bad" or "I like eating out" It's time to just do it because you have to start somewhere!
