Be prepared always

I work an 11 hour shift at work 4 days a week. I live an hour and a half from work so my drive is hectic. I pack my gym bag nightly so that on my way home from work I go to the gym before I go home or change at work and go to the park for a run or bike ride. I don't have any excuse of why I don't workout. I'm always prepared and ready for what the day brings and the drive home after a work out is less stressful, I have accomplished something for myself and I feel good.

Lifestyle Goals

If you are new to exercise and diet, remember one thing above all is that it didn't take long to get the weight on and it won't take long to get it off. Sying that, you do have to work on it, diet and exercise work hand in hand. Make small goals each week, each week make something just a little tougher to acheive but again you will acheive it. Reward yourself with something small but reward yourself. Above all you have support and friends everywhere, use the resources. Have fun!
