Small bites

I've discovered that if I take smaller bites that I eat a lot less; probably has something to do with it taking longer for me to eat therefore my brain signals being full faster.

Movement Matters

For many of us the term exercise seems overwhelming when we're just getting started. Try not to think about it in terms of exercise. Get 10 minutes of MOVEMENT! Movement being - taking the stairs at work or parking further way from the door and having to walk! emoticon

Olive oil vs. Canola oil

I recently read an article that said canola oil is better for you than olive oil due to a certain type of fat.

Either way - they are better for you than vegetable oil!

Eat Breakfast

I found that eating breakfast has aided in my weight loss. I used to NEVER eat breakfast because I was in a hurry however since taking the time to do so, I've shed weight at a more consistent loss.
