Honestly - I love SP nutrition tracker but its easier for me to go off course since it's connected to the computer and not me. However, I bought a calorie journal and I've been doing SO MUCH better eating healthy because it's in my purse and with me at all times!! My best advice - to stay true to your healthy lifestyle - write down everything you eat. You're much more likely to stay on course and continue your healthy eating habits!
The tough get going! I know, I know...you feel like you've been wading through the water forever but you know what? You've made some progress so you can't give up now. Re-evaluate your goals and ambitions and lay out a plan to get there.
For 1 egg in recipes like cakes, brownies, breads, etc
Sometimes eating the same foods can get monotonous but trying new, different recipes can definitely give you something to look forward to and add extra spark! Spark people has some really great recipes and you make search through them based on dietary needs! source!
Having a "mantra" as I exercise helps me stay focused and determined. For example, I just tell myself whenever my inner whiner starts shouting "please stop" I yell back (in my head of course) "QUITTING IS NOT AN OPTION" and it provides for better results because I stick to it!!!!
