Awesome breakfast smoothie

I made this awesome breakfast/lunch smoothie this morning - delicious. Take 2 cups of extra fiber V-8 juice, 1 cup of orange juice and 2 frozen bananas. (I buy overripe bananas and cut them up in chunks and freeze in baggies). Anyway blend it all together. 120 cal by V-8 juice, 110 for orange juice and about 160 for bananas. So good and so filling. Total 390 calories by my estimation and soooo filling. Use on commute to work or wherever the day takes you. emoticon

Dance Dance


I am getting the house ready for Thanksgiving and I am dancing all over the house while I work to get ready to be bad (within reason) tomorrow. Will still track calories tomorrow and try to exercise. Good luck everyone. emoticon

Can't stop craving

When you feel you just gotta have it (whatever - cake, chips or my weakness cheese and wine), pop in an exercise DVD and really sweat the urge away. Or take your dog if you have one for a run outside. Drink water, water and more water. I flavor mine with Crystal Lite or the equivalent from the Dollar Tree. It makes drinking water easier and at 5 calories a serving, can't be beat. Ya'll hang in there.

I have logged on every day since I started and I have lost 8 POUNDS IN ONE WEEK. Awesome!! Woohoo! 30 minutes cycling every day (here in Florida). Also track every single thing I eat. I love this diet! I was going to go online to another diet company, but it was too expensive. This is so great!!!
