I love to read and I have combined reading a good book with staying active. In order to get motivated to walk or exercise, I listen to books on my I Touch. I have listened to two books this month (60 hours each)! I can't wait to finish the third book. Music after teaching second graders is not a good idea, so listening to books is worth every second!
I am getting stronger every day, so I keep pushing. Today I bowled and not that good but we won 1. Always try your best that you can do and it was good that I just made it there to bowl. Anything after was a plus. Every day is a challenge whether healthy or not because we never know what we will face. We just have to be ready for it and willing to take on the challenge. Smile.
I know this is not new but it works for me.
