Eat slower!!!

I suggested a challenge more teams I co-lead to eat slowly/slower. I got so many positive feedbacks!! I was doing the challenge too and low and behold!!! It works!!! I got full faster and I even left food on my plate!!! Now if I can do it, anyone can!!! emoticon emoticon

Saving dough @ the grocery store!

Shop early . . . many meat items and produce items are discounted as they have to be sold that day. The meats . . . if you're not going to use them right away, freeze them.

Wear jeans when you get home

If you change when you get home from your day, wear jeans that fit. It will keep you from oversnacking and help maintain good posture!
