I suggested a challenge more teams I co-lead to eat slowly/slower. I got so many positive feedbacks!! I was doing the challenge too and low and behold!!! It works!!! I got full faster and I even left food on my plate!!! Now if I can do it, anyone can!!!
Shop early . . . many meat items and produce items are discounted as they have to be sold that day. The meats . . . if you're not going to use them right away, freeze them.
