i need a little advice

i have been walking each day quite a bit, but it doesnt feel like it is helping at all and when i need to work out i have no idea were to start? can some one help me, or have some tips?

well i ahve two chew gum and watch t.v if you want to

got the muchies even if you just ate? chew some surgar free gum, they say it help to stop food cravings for as long as you chew. and this next tip is simple and smart. you can watch t.v and still work on your weight loss goal, thats right. when i watch t.v i do curl ups, push ups, any type of activity even running in place. multitascing will be easy and fun :) good luck!
