I found the way that I had to start was by letting go. Letting go of the old me...the old habits...the old way that I use to berate my self and put myself down. I had to start by letting go of yesterday and my past. I had to let go of all the previous time that did not work...I had to let go and realize I was ready and I was worth it
I recently discovered that I usually eat high fat sugary foods when I'm stressed out. I needed to change my game plan. I bought a mini trampoline. Now I bounce instead of eating a bag of chips. My study breaks are now trampoline breaks, instead of binge opportunities.
My treadmill is in the basement, right next to the laundry room. Before each workout, I throw a load of wash in the washer. My workout is just long enough for the wash to finish, then I throw it in the dryer after my run. It feels like less of a chore since I'm down there anyway.
If I had an early lunch and supper is running a little later than normal at home, I plug in the air popper and pop some popcorn. I like mine plain so very few calories and no fat. It keeps me til supper is ready plus makes me not as hungry so I eat less.
