Aside from the nutritional and fitness tracking, the recipes are one of the best features on SP! I have had a blast cooking new, healthy foods that family has enjoyed as well. And SO easy to import into tracker, cookbooks, etc!!! Give it a try!
I just discovered White Whole Wheat Flour! It is still whole wheat just made from the white wheat variety. It has a milder taste than regular whole wheat making it perfect for baking. Make sure to get the unbleached kind, so it's natural with no chemicals. King Arthur's brand makes a good one.
All I can say is YUM!! These are awesome--they come in a variety of flavors and are 120 cal and 4 grams of fat. You get a lot too--between 19 and 22 chips per serving, so you feel like you are getting a lot! Once again, YUM!!
When I get into a real rut and I think, "UGH, I just don't want to work out today!!", I go to iTunes and download a new playlist. There is just something about having new music to work out to that pumps you up and keeps the motivation going!
