I am not the one to workout first thing in the morning, but I have learned from the past that I saw results quickest that way. Now to try it again I am starting the morning with fat free yogurt, ground flax seed and raw wheat germ. Yummy and it hold me over for an hour plus of exercise.

We get so accustomed to working out that when we stop we fail to remember that we have to begin again as though we never started. I avoided muscle soreness by acting like a beginner and taking it easy but making it challenging.
In life we are the ones that usually prohibit ourselves the most. So this year I am on track to not be my own hindrance. This is financially, emotionally, physically, socially, etc.
I added a spin to my oatmeal. It was getting bland with just the fruits so I added chocolate pieces and YUMMY. That gave it the zest it needed to be a change and not an elimination.
Know that it doesn't hurt to try something. If it doesn't work for you but it worked for someone else just means that it wasn't meant for you. You tried it. It failed, Move on to the next and be happy that you have life to try again another day.
