Wii "Just Dance"

I tried this out the other day and I am addicted! You do real dance moves to fun music (current and older). I danced for 10 songs (took about 30-40) and I burned 325 cal according to my HRM. It didn't feel like exercise!

Parsley freezes well

If I ever see fresh parsley on the reduced counter I buy it and pop it straight into the freezer in a baggie.

When you take the bag out of the freezer, the leaves strip right off the stalk easily. No more chopping parsley, voila!
